Meet the Team
Casey is a native New Orleanian who attended the Blue Cliff College - School of Massage Therapy - where she graduated top of her class in 2010. She is a certified, Louisiana Licensed Massage Therapist and after four years of working independently, she teamed with Upper Cervical Family Chiropractic & Wellness. During the past seven years at UCFC, she has developed a large client base that relies on her to assist in reducing pain and discomfort by increasing movement to help them return to everyday normal life again.
Casey has concentrated her continuing education in the areas of Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques (MAT), Myofacial Release Techniques, and Scar Tissue Reduction. She has recently added Gratson Technique to her amazing repertoire of services. This is a therapy method which focuses on instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM).
Her treatments sessions are focused on education of body movement and always incorporates stretching to help facilitate this understanding. She loves giving ?HOMEWORK? (mostly rehabilitative exercises to help improve musculoskeletal function) to assist in the patients healing journey and believes motion is key!

Zazie passionately believes in the power of bodywork to help release and unwind the tension, stress, and trauma of the body. As we go through life, our bodies can form a predisposition to sit or stand a certain way to protect themselves. The body can become weak, tight, decompressed, hyperextended, numb, or over excited - sometimes a combination of these simultaneously. All of them can be aided by the power of touch.
Zazie's bodywork is specifically designed to help create the awareness to alleviate and neurologically re-educate postural distortions in the body that can ultimately cause pain. Human contact is important not only for our physical well-being, it is important for our mental, emotional and spiritual well-being too. We need it, from birth to our end, we need to be nurtured by ourselves and from others too.
Zazie graduated from Delgado Community College in 2015 as a certified massage therapist and is now certified as a medical massage therapist too! She works with Western and Eastern philosophies of energy work and massage, from the top of the head to the tips of the toes!
